Hi all. It’s been almost a month since the book came out and it has been a lot of fun. Too much of my time spent obsessing over sales and page counts, discovering mistakes in the book, etc. Very enlightening to say the least. It’s also been great getting some honest feedback on the book.
Over at io9.com they are having a short story contest that is essentially on the future of death. Today, I submitted two different stories for their contest. Hopefully they won’t decide that it’s two many and read neither. Regardless, if they don’t choose to publish it, I’ll put the stories up as soon at the contest is over. If they do, they then have a 90 day exclusive period on the story in which case I’ll just publish a link to my triumphant victory.
