Well, October 1st has come and that means those pre-ordered copies of the book have delivered.  So excited to see it out there and anxiously awaiting hopefully positive reviews.  When I logged on to check the sales today I was even surprised to see someone bought it through Amazon in Germany.   Color me surprised!
